Leonardo E. Concepcion, Esq.

President

Leonardo E. Concepcion is the president of Miami Injury Law, P.A. Licensed to practice law in Florida and a member of the Florida Bar, Leonardo is dedicated to representing clients who have been injured due to negligence, with a client-centered approach that prioritizes fair compensation and personalized service.

Leonardo has extensive experience handling cases such as motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. With a background in insurance defense and civil litigation, he brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every case, whether in negotiations or in court. His commitment to client advocacy and clear communication has earned him a strong reputation as an effective, results-driven litigator.

Leonardo earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Law and served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed leadership and perseverance—qualities that now drive his legal practice.

Diana Pujada Alvarez, Esq.

Attorney

Diana Pujada Alvarez graduated with honors from law school in Cuba in 2011 and practiced as outside counsel, gaining valuable experience in litigation and legal strategy. Since 2020, she has worked as a Litigation Paralegal at a small personal injury law firm in the U.S., where she honed her skills in case preparation, legal research, and client advocacy.

While earning her Juris Doctor, Diana played a key role in supporting trial attorneys through every phase of litigation, from discovery to settlement negotiations. As a foreign-trained attorney, she completed her JD in just two years, graduating Magna Cum Laude from St. Thomas University.

Diana brings a wealth of litigation experience to Miami Injury Law, P.A., where she is passionate about providing effective legal representation and helping clients navigate complex personal injury cases.
